Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Building Operations Manager to support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations of an industrial property in Tuas.

You will supervise building services, tenant relations, lease administration and financial reporting to ensure smooth, compliant property performance. The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma with at least 5 years of building management experience, preferably in commercial or industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must have experience managing commercial or industrial buildings.
• Hands-on MCST experience strongly preferred.
• Strong numerical ability with understanding of property-related financial terms and calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Building Operations and Maintenance: Ensure all property services comply with policies, regulations and service standards; conduct regular inspections; coordinate contractors; keep properties safe and well maintained.
• Tenant Management: Address escalated tenant enquiries; coordinate move-ins/outs; conduct space walkthroughs; maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Lease and Financial Administration: Monitor rent collection; handle notices and follow-ups; reconcile tenant accounts and CAM charges; prepare monthly performance reports and assist budgeting.
• Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Work with Centre Manager, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders to meet standards and deadlines; communicate financial information clearly.
