Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Building Manager to oversee daily operations for cluster commercial/industrial properties. You will support the Centre Manager in building operations, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial reporting, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities.

The role requires hands-on MCST experience, strong numerical ability and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred; at least 5 years of a building manager's experience.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial buildings.
• Hands-on MCST experience.
• Strong numerical ability with understanding of property financial terms and calculations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organised, analytical and able to resolve operational issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of cluster commercial/industrial properties.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and address escalated tenant enquiries.
• Monitor rent collection and process property-related expenses per lease terms.
• Prepare monthly property performance reports and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager, tenants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
