Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Manager to oversee daily operations of cluster commercial/industrial properties in the Sembawang area.

You will support the Centre Manager in property operations, tenant management, and lease administration, with emphasis on financial reporting and MCST matters. The role requires at least 5 years of building management experience, hands-on MCST knowledge, and strong numerical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred with at least 5 years of building manager experience
• Must have experience managing commercial or industrial buildings
• Hands-on MCST experience is required
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of property-related financial terms

Responsibilities

• Building Operations and Maintenance: ensure services comply with policies, regulations and service standards; conduct property inspections; coordinate contractors; keep properties safe and well maintained.
• Tenant Management: handle escalated tenant inquiries; coordinate move-ins/outs; conduct walkthrough inspections; maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Lease and Financial Administration: monitor rent collections; prepare notices; reconcile tenant rental accounts and CAM charges; prepare monthly property performance reports; assist budgeting and forecasting; perform financial calculations related to property income and expenses.
• Team and Stakeholder Coordination: work with Centre Manager, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders; meet operational targets and deadlines; clearly communicate financial information to stakeholders.
