Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and management of the industrial property.
Ensure property services comply with policies, regulations and service standards.
Coordinate contractors and service providers to complete works.
Monitor rent collection and process property-related expenses.
Prepare monthly property performance reports and explain budget variances.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs and tenant-improvement matters.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
