Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a capable Building/Property Manager to support the Centre Manager in daily operations of cluster commercial/industrial properties in the Sembawang area. You will oversee building operations, tenant management, and lease administration.

The role covers financial reporting, MCST matters, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to maintain safety, compliance, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred with at least 5 years of building manager experience.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial buildings.
• Hands-on MCST experience.
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of property-related financial terms.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organised, analytical and able to resolve operational issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations and maintenance to ensure safety, compliance, and service levels.
• Handle tenant management, move-ins/outs, and tenant relations.
• Monitor rent collection and process related expenses per lease terms; support notices and legal actions as needed.
• Prepare monthly property performance reports and assist budgeting/forecasting.
