Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd is seeking a service-oriented Property Officer to join our Property Management team in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, supervise term contractors, conduct building inspections, and recommend rectifications to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements include a Diploma / NITEC / Building / Property / Facilities / Hotel Management or Technical Certificate and at least 2 years' experience in managing condominiums,

Qualifications

• 2 years' relevant experience in managing condominiums, building, hotel, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and operate property management services for assigned properties.
• Oversee common areas with routine checks to ensure efficiency.
• Address residents' complaints and ensure closure.
• Provide timely responses to complaints and requests.
• Ensure services comply with contract terms and conditions.
• Supervise site management and a group of term contractors.
• Conduct regular building inspections and propose rectifications.
• Monitor progress payments and cash flow projections.
