Job summary

PROPERTY FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced condominium manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead the site team.

You will manage maintenance, contracts, budgets and ensure compliance with BMSMA and applicable laws.

Ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in estate management or related discipline, with at least 3 years’ experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in condominium management.
• Mature and independent with the ability to lead team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy.
• Knowledge of BMSMA and general building defects is a plus.
• Diligent, well organised and committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the condominium.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and site staff.
• Engage maintenance, repairs and improvement to the condominium.
• Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and government regulations.
• Manage expenditure, budgets, financial records and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, laws, government rules & regulations and policies.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.
