Job summary

CBRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Property Officer to manage all aspects of a single property or portfolio, including marketing, operations and financial activities for a client.

You will assist tenants, ensure services meet standards, visit sites, handle admin tasks, help with budgeting, coordinate moves, and analyze data to improve processes. Diploma or degree with 1–2 years in property management is preferred, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with 1–2 years in commercial property management preferred.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual/complex content concisely and logically.
• Experience in Retail/Commercial is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, discounts and markups.
• Willing to commit to 5.5 days workweek.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with their needs and address problems promptly.
• Ensure services follow rules, agreements and CBRE standards.
• Visit the property with the team and suggest repairs/upgrades.
• Assist with admin duties: purchase orders, invoices, and payment processing.
• Assist with budgeting by researching prices and creating reports.
• Coordinate tenant moves; review and approve tenant invoices.
• Prepare common area maintenance dues, invoices and related letters.
• Manage tenant events and publication of the tenant newsletter.
• Gather data to identify problems and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve efficiency.
