Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Property Officer to supervise contractor works and ensure completed maintenance meets contract terms. You will plan and schedule breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance for effective operation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/NITEC in Real Estate/Facilities Management or related field, with 1 year of experience; 3–5 years for Senior, and a willingness to work outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience; 3–5 years qualifies for Senior Property Officer.
• Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure contractor repair and maintenance works are completed satisfactorily per contract terms.
• Schedule breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities for effectiveness.
• Inspections of common areas and ensure compliance with authorities; recommend works as needed.
• Certify completion of contractor jobs and make payment recommendations.
• Coordinate consultancy works on maintenance and obtain necessary licenses/certificates.
• Investigate breakdowns to determine causes and prevent recurrence.
