Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated Residence Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance and management of the assigned property. You will ensure safety and efficiency while delivering high service standards to clients and proprietors.

The role requires 5 years’ experience in condominium/building management, a relevant Diploma/Degree, and strong communication and leadership skills to optimise costs and resources.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in managing condominium/building, preferably high-end residences.
• Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Facilities/Hospitality/Business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to optimize cost, space and equipment within budget.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of maintenance and management of properties.
• Preserve infrastructure to be safe, well maintained and functional.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the building and ensure facilities are operational.
• Schedule, coordinate and supervise maintenance functions to high standards.
• Plan and coordinate council and AGM meetings.
• Manage maintenance and administrative staff.
• Review vendor contracts and insurance and arrange renewals or tenders.
• Ensure contract works are carried out as specified.
• Maintain continuous contact with vendors, clients and staff.
