Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd is seeking a Residence Officer (Concierge) to join its Property Management team in Singapore. You will support the Residence Manager in daily operations of an assigned condominium and deliver high-quality service to residents and visitors.

Key duties include greeting residents, handling enquiries by phone/email, assisting with reservations and facilities, managing parcels, and ensuring front desk and lobby are tidy.

Qualifications

• SHATEC or GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ level with work experience in customer service / front desk / concierge
• Friendly and passionate to serve with customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
• Team player
• Able to perform shift work (no mid-night shift)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium
• Comply with company’s quality assurance standards and expectations
• Provide a high level of service to residents at all times
• Attend to residents’ requests/enquiries/feedback
• Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium’s facilities and services
• Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
• Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures
• Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times
