MS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Building Operations Officer to oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping and fire safety, ensuring the property meets the highest standards. You will conduct routine inspections, coordinate with contractors, manage tenant inquiries, supervise contractors, inspect fit-outs for compliance, and participate in CERT activities, fire drills, and incident reporting, with opportunities for ad-hoc

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' levels, Nitec or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations including maintenance, cleaning/housekeeping and fire safety to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify building defects, assess cleanliness, monitor security performance, and report abnormalities.
• Record and follow up on building defects, coordinating with contractors for timely rectification.
• Supervise contractors during maintenance and improvement works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Handle tenants' queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Inspect tenants' fitting‑out works to ensure compliance with house rules.
• Serve as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and assist in fire drill duties.
• Manage the Fire Command Centre and prepare incident reports for any building‑related occurrences.
• Recommend operational and maintenance improvements to enhance building standards.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Education

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' levels, Nitec or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Operations/Property Management.
• Experience in workplace safety & handling of emergency situation preferred.
• Able to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently & communicate with people of all levels.
