The position requires readiness for emergency situations 24/7 and a strong understanding of IT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage day-to-day estate matters, including the inspection, identify building defects, manage & supervise maintenance including improvement works done by contractors.
• Arrange and inspect the work for horticulture, pest control, conservancy cleaning, projects upgrading and other estate maintenance works.
• Attend and follow up on enquiries from residents.
• Carry out enforcement actions for common property and open spaces in accordance to Town Council by-laws.
• Able to be on standby 24/7 for emergency activation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC in Facilities Technology/ Building Management / Facilities Management or related.
• Fresh graduates and entry level in Diploma are welcome to apply. No experience needed as training will be provided.
• Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm AND one Saturday per month: 8am to 1pm.
• Must possess excellent communication skills as the officer will have to communicate with residents from time to time when needed.
• IT savvy.
