Job summary

Bond Properties Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive Property Management Support to coordinate leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations while following owner instructions and company procedures.

You will deliver customer service to owners and tenants, assist the Property Manager with repairs and inspections, and prepare reports to document property status. Ensure documentation, CPD compliance, and timely, cost-effective contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive customer service to owners and tenants to enhance satisfaction
• Assist the Property Manager with leasing and maintenance tasks
• Prepare detailed property condition reports for inspections
• Lodge leasing and management documents and maintain records
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors for timely, quality completion
• Manage tenant agreements, repairs, and tenancy terminations
• Collect management funds, issue receipts, and follow up on arrears
• Maintain CPD and professional licenses as required
• Design and arrange advertising materials to attract tenants
• Generate weekly and monthly property status reports
• Ensure properties meet owner instructions and company standards
• Complete administrative tasks promptly
• Maintain vehicle, insurance, and appearances per company standards
• Attend internal and external commitments punctually
• Participate in KPI reviews and uphold professional ethics
