Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to support the Building Manager with maintenance and facilities operations.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate service contractors, and ensure M&E systems knowledge guides daily tasks. Build strong landlord/tenant relations, handle complaints, and ensure documentation for handovers with tenants. Five-day week and a salary up to SGD 4,000 plus variable bonus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management/Building Services or equivalent.
• Possess a positive mindset in delivering quality tenant management service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Building Manager in all aspects of the building maintenance.
• Ensure smooth operations in areas of preventive maintenance schedule, performance of all service contractors.
• Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify building defects/ irregularities and submit recommendations for necessary rectification/ improvement works to the Building Manager
• Ensure all property management services rendered are in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure proper documentation prior to handling over/ taking over of premises to/ from tenants.
• Develop and maintain effective landlord/ tenant relationships, improve service delivery and communication, maintaining high quality of service standards.
• Attend to tenant’s requests and complaints on matter relating to the management and maintenance.
• Solicit quotation from contractors for repairs, renovations and maintenance works.
