Job summary

You will oversee technical management, renovation oversight, incident and risk management, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with managing agents, tenants, town councils, and other stakeholders to uphold safety,

Qualifications

• Experience in building management or facilities management.
• Experience working with tenants and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical management and maintenance of HDB commercial properties.
• Process and evaluate renovation applications and monitor project schedules.
• Provide guidance on incident reporting, risk management, and compliance.
• Engage and coordinate with managing agents, tenants, and town councils.
