Job summary

NEW HOPE COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a capable professional to oversee inventory, asset management, facility maintenance, and ESG initiatives across multiple sites in Singapore. You will manage fixed asset registers, support procurement, and coordinate logistics while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a diploma/degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of related experience, with exposure to ESG practices considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or related industry.
• Experience with ESG initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Asset Management: conduct annual fixed asset counts.
• Maintain fixed asset records in the Fixed Asset Register with tagging/documentation.
• Review and update SOPs related to asset management.
• Support cost-saving initiatives in asset preservation.
• Facility Maintenance & Safety: maintain hygiene standards and record-keeping across all sites.
• Oversee maintenance of building equipment, lifts, and servicing.
• Manage security measures, including CCTV systems and premises safety.
• Implement and monitor Safety Management Measures (SMM).
• Logistics & Operational Support: coordinate transportation for donation collections/deliveries.
• Procurement Support: assist procurement with evaluation matrices.
• AV Support: provide AV support for internal events.
• ESG Initiatives: support ESG task force and align initiatives with goals/regulations.
• Monitor ESG performance, risks, and progress to leadership.
• Engage stakeholders to enhance sustainability awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
