Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of facilities operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective building services while managing vendors, budgets and service delivery standards.

The role emphasizes technical leadership across MEP, fire/life safety and building infrastructure, with a focus on audits, energy efficiency and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building operations.
• Experience in facilities management or engineering operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical operations across multiple facilities or sites.
• Manage MEP systems including HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, generators, BMS, plumbing and fire protection.
• Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review technical plans, risk assessments and work permits.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
