Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a senior property/asset management professional to lead a team and oversee operational and financial performance of client assets in Singapore. This role requires strategic asset planning, KPI delivery and strong contractor management.

Responsibilities include driving asset strategies, managing budgets, coordinating tenancy fit-outs, and ensuring compliance across building systems, safety, and service delivery, with a focus on client

Qualifications

Proven experience in property/asset management, ideally with previous experience managing commercial office.
Intimate knowledge of office sector and exposure to retail property.
Track record of success in supplier contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Provide advice to client on operational requirements of the property.
Develop house rules and fit-out guides for the property.
Manage smooth transition of property from pre-completion to occupation phase.
Interview and assess staff proposed for the property and provide recommendations.
Develop tenant satisfaction plan strategies and client liaison.
Manage tenant liaison and retention strategies.
Oversee day-to-day management including operations, engineering and compliance.
Prepare and deliver budgets and forecasts; finance administration, billing and collection.
Coordinate tenancy fit-out, capital expenditure, tendering and management.
Produce monthly reporting and manage building services contracts.
