Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. seeks a Property Executive to support AML/KYC checks, handle purchaser enquiries, and assist administrative documentation for EC projects.

You will participate in pre-launch activities, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to provide marketing support for development projects and execute digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Property, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development, sales administration or marketing.
• Experience with AML/KYC checks preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore property market and regulations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Property Executive

Administrative

• Handle anti-money laundering (AML) progressive and periodic checks before and after sales.
• Handle customer enquiries pertaining to new projects.
• Handle purchaser requests of purchasers.
• Assist in administrative documentation of eligibility checks for EC projects.

Project Pre-Launch Activities

• Market analysis of newly acquired land.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in the full cycle of marketing and sales activities of development projects.
• Work closely with in-house teams and external consultants, vendors, advertising agencies and property agents to provide marketing support for the project.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to manage marketing campaigns for new residential launches.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing for the project through appointed vendors.
• Work with vendors to produce advertising and marketing materials such as brochures, hoarding, A&P wall in Sales Gallery, show units, sales office, website, digital and social media marketing, animation video etc.
• Sound knowledge and keep abreast of sales and marketing trends and regulations of the Singapore real estate market.
• Co-ordinate and monitor show units/ sales gallery fit out and logistics planning for the residential development launch between Interior Designer (ID), Main Contractor and external vendors
• Set up essential services at Sales Office prior to launch.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Project Post-Launch Activities

• Oversee condition of show flat and sales office to ensure proper functioning of essential services.
• Handle customer feedback and provide good customer service to our purchasers.
• Processing of commission payment to property agencies.
• To assist in administrative work for T.O.P & Handing Over matters for completed development projects.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development, property sales administration, property marketing or a related field.
• Experience in residential property projects /new property launches will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore property market, sales & marketing practices and relevant regulations.
• Experience handling purchaser enquiries, documentation and customer service.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC checks, eligibility checks and sales administration is preferred.
• Experience coordinating property marketing campaigns, digital marketing and promotional activities.
• Comfortable liaising with property agents, advertising agencies, vendors, contractors, interior designers and other external parties.
• Good organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
