Job Summary
Support marketing, sales, and administrative functions for residential property projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth pre-launch, launch, and post-launch operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) progressive and periodic checks before and after property sales to ensure compliance
- Respond to customer enquiries related to new projects and purchaser requests with clear, accurate information
- Procure and coordinate delivery of showflat furniture and accessories for new project launches
- Coordinate work between Interior Designers, Main Contractors, and external vendors to ensure timely project preparation
- Assist Marketing Manager in planning and executing full-cycle marketing and sales activities for development projects
- Collaborate with in-house teams, external consultants, advertising agencies, and property agents to provide marketing support
- Support marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts for residential projects under the Marketing Manager’s guidance
- Coordinate production of advertising and marketing materials including brochures, hoardings, sales gallery displays, websites, social media content, and animation videos
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Singapore real estate sales and marketing trends and regulations
- Oversee show unit and sales gallery fit-out and logistics planning for residential sales launches
- Set up essential services at Sales Office prior to project launch
- Manage sales and marketing enquiries related to residential projects promptly and professionally
- Monitor condition of show flats and sales offices post-launch to ensure proper functioning of essential services
- Handle customer feedback and deliver quality customer service to purchasers
- Process commission payments to property agencies accurately and timely
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P) and Handing Over for completed projects
- Coordinate and manage defects matters and reports during and after the Defects Liability Period for homeowners
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success and team objectives
