Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Facility/Property Management with at least 5 years' building manager experience.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial buildings.
• Hands-on MCST experience preferred.
• Strong numerical ability with understanding of property-related financial terms and calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organised and analytical with ability to resolve operational issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of the industrial property at Tuas.
• Handle tenant management, lease administration, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and contractor services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and service standards.
• Prepare monthly property performance reports and support budgeting.
