Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Building Manager to oversee daily operations of cluster commercial/industrial properties in the Sembawang area. You will manage building operations, tenant relations, lease administration and financial reporting.

This 3-month contract (extendable based on performance) requires a degree or diploma and at least 5 years' experience in building management, with MCST exposure. Strong numeracy and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with at least 5 years' building manager experience.
• Experience in managing commercial or industrial buildings.
• Hands-on MCST experience.
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of property financials.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organised, analytical and able to resolve operational issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and maintenance for cluster properties.
• Manage tenant relations, move-ins/move-outs, and issue resolution.
• Monitor rent collection and prepare property financial reports.
• Coordinate with Centre Manager, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
