Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Building Manager to oversee daily operations of cluster commercial and industrial properties in the Sembawang area. You will supervise building services, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with standards.

The role requires 5+ years in building management, MCST experience, and strong numerical skills. Prior experience with commercial/industrial buildings is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in real estate, facilities management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of building manager experience, preferably in commercial/industrial properties.
• Hands-on MCST experience is required.
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of property-related financial terms and calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of cluster commercial/industrial properties.
• Ensure building services comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers for timely and proper works.
• Manage tenant relations, move-ins/outs, and tenant-improvement matters.
• Monitor rent collections, prepare notices, and assist in budgeting and reporting.
