Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a project coordinator for a 1-year engagement at Tengah Plantation Plaza. You will manage project support activities, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure deliverables are on schedule.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong IT skills, dashboards, Power BI, CRM, and the ability to lead and influence a small team. You will monitor financials, handle billing, and develop SOPs to support business operations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in relevant scope of work.
• Strong IT systems capability with dashboards and digital tools.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support activities and milestones.
• Monitor project financials and relevant processes.
• Manage billing and payment collection.
• Manage the digital e-services on the website and app.
• Manage reports and dashboards for management updates.
• Analyze trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Support the management team with project coordination and day-to-day tasks.
• Work with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on schedule.
• Provide support on billing processes.
• Develop and ensure timely update of SOPs that support the business.
