Job summary

A local consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Utilities Installation Contractor. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, leading teams and ensuring timely project delivery while enforcing safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a related engineering discipline and at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This position offers a competitive basic salary and a standard work schedule with alternate work from home options.

• Alternate 5.5 days (alternate Sat half day work from home)
• Mon -Fri | 8.30 am to 5.30 am
• Location: 5 bus stops from MRT Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and within‑budget delivery.
• Communicate project status, manage expectations, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Lead internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring performance meets project and safety standards.
• Track project milestones, manage documentation, and support internal progress reviews with regional PM.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct toolbox meetings, and handle necessary permit and documentation submissions.

Job Requirement

• Preferable 1 year of relevant experience with Diploma in related Engineering Discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Singaporean ONLY
