Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital projects including mobile apps, web portals, and kiosks. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery while ensuring quality and timely execution.

Mandatory Skill‑set

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business;
• Must have 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading digital technology project including mobile apps, web portals, and kiosks;
• Technical experience in delivery and supporting Content Management platform like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, WordPress, or other content platforms or provider;
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex applications and solution architectures;
• Must have experience in regulatory compliance, IT applications management, modernization, and cloud migration/integration;
• Must have experience with implementation or application maintenance for bespoke IT application systems;
• Strong vendor and stakeholder cum C‑suite executive management skills;
• Ability to work with cross‑functional, multi‑disciplined teams to establish and monitor policies, procedures, and standards;
• Strong skills in communication, consulting, negotiation, and conceptualization.

Desired Skill‑set

• Project Management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of applications to support digital transformation, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals;
• Manage project lifecycle, including planning, execution, progress tracking, risk management, and communication with stakeholders and senior management;
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, ensuring collaboration, conflict resolution, and timely delivery of projects;
• Oversee vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance, effective issue resolution, and smooth system operations;
• Drive technical design reviews, system enhancements, and ensure high availability of business‑critical systems, including gaming platforms;
• Manage budgets, contracts, audits, compliance, and technology roadmaps while working closely with infrastructure, governance, and cloud teams.
