Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Facilitate key project ceremonies, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Prioritize change requests, enhancements, and bugs to maximize delivery value.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress across all squads or workstreams.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within SANDP1T and client organizations.
  • Support test execution, defect resolution, and quality assurance.
  • Work with Finance on COC sign-offs and payment milestone tracking.
  • Maintain updated project documentation, artifacts, and dashboards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in software, digital platforms, or application development.
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) — mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different delivery frameworks and constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong understanding of user-centric design, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
  • Experience managing multi-squad or complex cross-team projects.
Good-to-Have
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience working with Singapore Government agencies (highly preferred).
  • Experience preparing tender submissions or bid documentation.
  • Ability to guide teams through challenging or dispute situations.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Figma, or diagramming/workflow tools.
