Job description

As an Project Manager [IT], you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects within the biomedical and data science domains.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and business goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Proactively engage and manage stakeholders, aligning expectations and influencing decision-making to achieve project success.
• Lead procurement activities such as Requests for Information (RFI), Invitations to Quote (ITQ), and Invitations to Tender (ITT), including drafting specifications, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing approvals.
• Manage changes in project scope, escalating to the Project Steering Board when adjustments impact timelines, budgets, or resources.
• Conduct solution assessments, fit-gap analyses, and product evaluations to ensure proposed solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Apply industry-recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) to ensure structured, transparent, and consistent project delivery.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to maintain progress and avoid disruptions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental or organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certification in PMP or CITPM (required); ITIL is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT, Digital Services, or the Healthcare domain.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project delivery and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, business applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience with systems such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Automated Rostering, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and web technologies is a plus.
