Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of HDB BTO construction projects, from pre-construction, building works, M&E coordination, to TOP/CSC and handover.

• Develop and monitor project schedule, manpower allocation, and procurement plans.

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure progress aligns with HDB requirements and milestones.

• Coordinate with consultants, QP, RE/RA, HDB officers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct technical evaluations, resolve site issues, and ensure workmanship meets HDB and regulatory standards.

• Ensure compliance with HDB contract specifications, BCA regulations, MOM safety requirements, and all statutory obligations.

• Lead site meetings and prepare project progress reports, method statements, and documentation.

• Manage project budget, cost control, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to.

• Drive handover preparation including defect rectification, inspections, and submission of as-built documents.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing HDB BTO projects (main contractor experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of HDB’s BTO building process, RC works, precast installation, PPVC (if applicable), M&E coordination, and finishes.

• Familiar with HDB contract administration, QP submission processes, and local authority requirements.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Able to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve site issues effectively.

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation.

• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
