A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HDB BTO construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in project management tools. Responsibilities include managing the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to HDB requirements and quality standards.
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of HDB BTO construction projects, from pre-construction, building works, M&E coordination, to TOP/CSC and handover.
Develop and monitor project schedule, manpower allocation, and procurement plans.
Oversee daily site operations and ensure progress aligns with HDB requirements and milestones.
Coordinate with consultants, QP, RE/RA, HDB officers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct technical evaluations, resolve site issues, and ensure workmanship meets HDB and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with HDB contract specifications, BCA regulations, MOM safety requirements, and all statutory obligations.
Lead site meetings and prepare project progress reports, method statements, and documentation.
Manage project budget, cost control, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to.
Drive handover preparation including defect rectification, inspections, and submission of as-built documents.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing HDB BTO projects (main contractor experience preferred).
Strong understanding of HDB’s BTO building process, RC works, precast installation, PPVC (if applicable), M&E coordination, and finishes.
Familiar with HDB contract administration, QP submission processes, and local authority requirements.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve site issues effectively.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
