Job summary

A leading engineering consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual for civil engineering project management. Candidates should have at least a Civil Engineering Degree and the WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH (Construction Industry). Responsibilities include coordinating design and construction, conducting site safety inspections, and maintaining safety records. Job Description

At least a Civil Engineering Degree or relevant discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore with a minimum 5 years relevant experience in managing Civil Engineering projects.

Should also hold the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Specialist Diploma in WSH (Construction Industry), or similar Qualifications and Experience acceptable to HDB.

Possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Specialist Diploma in WSH (Construction Industry), or similar Qualifications and Experience acceptable to HDB.

Job Requirements
  • To assist the Qualified Person (C&S) in coordinating and managing the design and construction.
  • To carry out site safety inspections, including taking photos of unsafe acts and conditions, and highlighting the relevant parties on immediate actions to be taken.
  • To maintain safety records, permits, incident logs, and follow‑up documentation.
  • To submit safety reports on all projects under the consultancy package.
  • To organize and participate in regular safety site walks and inspections with stakeholders.
