Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a hands-on HR Executive with construction industry experience to support project HR operations from the Singapore office. You will independently handle daily HR matters, coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee records, and work closely with Headquarter HR to ensure smooth project start-up and manpower scaling.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of HR experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Experience with work pass administration, attendance and overtime tracking, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
• Able to organize priorities and handle routine HR responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily project HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records and queries.
• Coordinate recruitment with Headquarter and project team, including interview arrangements and onboarding preparations.
• Maintain and verify attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs; coordinate payroll processing.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations; monitor expiry dates and follow-up actions.
• Support manpower planning, deployment coordination and day-to-day employee matters.
• Help establish and improve project HR records, tracking tools and workflows in line with company requirements.
• Liaise with Headquarter to implement company policies and obtain guidance or approvals.
• Assist with project-related HR and administrative duties as required.
