Job summary

MASE E&C Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive HR specialist to manage full-cycle HR and manpower planning for construction projects. You will ensure compliance with MOM regulations, support employee engagement, handle grievances, and drive performance management.

The role collaborates with project teams to align HR initiatives with site needs and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of HR experience in construction or industrial sectors and strong knowledge of Singapore

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/BA or related field
• 1–2 years HR experience in construction or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass procedures
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll and employee engagement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee relations to support organizational goals
• Plan and coordinate manpower requirements for construction projects, including preparing and submitting work pass applications in compliance with MOM regulations
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and support performance management processes to maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to inform management decisions and support training and development programs
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with employment laws
