Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an HR Officer to manage full-cycle HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and staff training in Singapore.

You will handle work passes, maintain confidential employee records, coordinate meetings and events, and support administration with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth HR workflows and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under tight schedules and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, staff training, and payroll administration.
• Assist with the application, renewal, and cancellation of employee employment permits and work passes.
• Oversee daily general administration, facilities, inventory management, and office supplies arrangement.
• Plan, organize and coordinate company meetings, corporate events and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate, organized and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Support ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
