As a people-focused HR generalist, you will ensure policy compliance, advise on employee relations, and help lead the HR team in delivering business and people initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and statutory requirements.
• Drive HR initiatives to support business and people goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team in daily operations.
