Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M&E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking an experienced M&E engineer to oversee multidisciplinary M&E works in Singapore. You will liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure the project schedule is met and works conform to contract drawings and specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant M&E experience, with strong knowledge of ACMV, Electrical and Plumbing/Sanitary services.

• Engineering knowledge applicable to M&E disciplines such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the consultant, clients and subcontractors to progress M&E works and meet the project schedule.
• Supervise works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare correspondence reports and suggest corrective actions or value-added recommendations.
• Maintain daily work records and manage any additional work claims from clients and subs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
• Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements

• Min Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience M&E Services (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection) in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of M&E specifications & requirements, especially in ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services.
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
