Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to coordinate and oversee mechanical, electrical and building services works on construction projects from planning to completion.

You will review M&E drawings and specs, supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure progress aligns with schedule and budget in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in M&E Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E works for construction projects from planning through completion.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
• Monitor M&E installation works to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
• Coordinate ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services works.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, materials, and manpower to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues on site.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records, technical submissions, and other project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in M&E engineering within construction or building projects.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, or other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
