Job summary

CLASSICO PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-focused professional to supervise and coordinate MEP services on building schemes. You will work closely with clients, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely and compliant execution of mechanical and electrical works.

The role involves preparing CSD and penetration drawings, coordinating with the BIM team, and attending site/MEP meetings while upholding safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Team player with good working attitude.
• Detail oriented and excellent organization skills.

Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with Requirements

Job Requirements:
