Job summary

SWC BUILDERS & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic MEP professional to assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services on construction projects.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience, strong MEP knowledge, and a proven ability to work under pressure in a team

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Team player with good working attitude.
• Detail oriented and excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with Requirements
