Job summary

Mmm Contract Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to plan and manage M&E project works from start to finish. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or M&E, with strong knowledge of M&E systems, site operations, and regulatory compliance. Training is available for entry-level candidates holding relevant engineering qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry.
• Entry level may apply as training will be provided.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and construction site operations.
• Possess valid class 3 driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage M&E project works from start to finish, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical drawings, material submissions, and work schedules for the project and M&E systems.

• Attend site meetings and inspections with authorities or stakeholders as required.
• Handle variation orders (VOs), including assessment, certification, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.
