Job summary

SUNRAY WOODCRAFT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable MEP Construction Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services on site, ensuring execution within programme and budget. The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors, hands-on coordination of CSD and penetration drawings with BIM, and strict adherence to safety and code requirements.

Minimum 3 years' experience in building services is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of MEP services and local code of practice.
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Detail oriented with good organization skills.

Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Team player with good working attitude
• Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
