JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing development, testing, and network installation for BMS and ELV systems.

• Review and interpret shop drawings and system designs based on project specifications.

• Coordinate activities across departments and liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.

• Manage site operations, including installation works, inspections, testing, commissioning, and material submissions.

• Lead and guide supervisors and technicians in fieldwork execution.

• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost‑effective execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Engineering and above

• Experience working in construction industry will be advantageous

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems.

• Familiarity with various Extra Low Voltage systems.
