Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
Location: Loyang

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in developing project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with technical and project specifications.
• Support Project Manager in achieving objectives.

Technical Support

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical solutions for project‑related issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, and contractors on technical matters.

Site Coordination

• Supervise and monitor site activities for quality and safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time.

Resource & Cost Control

• Track use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Support procurement coordination to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist in maintaining project costs within budget.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Implement quality assurance procedures.
• Enforce safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover.

Stakeholder Communication & Documentation

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and as‑built records.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related).
• Proven experience as Project Engineer in security systems or related engineering industries.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, site coordination, and safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/project management software experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and adapt to fast‑paced project environments.
