This is a full-time role for a Project Coordinator located in Farrer Park. Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring that all project documentation and site operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site-related issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Assist in supervising and supporting on-site rectification works as required.
• Implement, monitor, and document workplace safety measures in compliance with regulations.
• Represent the company at site meetings to provide updates and address project matters.

Requirements

• Minimally NITEC or certificate in Electrical /Mechanical field/facility management or other related engineering field
• Possess Class 3 driving license.

Location : Farrer Park

Working Days/Hours : 5 days work week /1 half-day Saturday per month

Salary : Basic $2,600 + Bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
