Qualifications

• Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitatework progress such as LTA, PUB, SLA, HDB, SP Group, N parks, and all thetelecommunication authorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and siteworks.
• Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe layingand open-cut works.
• Efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreeddeadlines.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental controlmeasures implemented at the work site
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures forall operational functions.
• Preparation and submission of daily progress reports.
• Verify the As-built drawings & Prepare claimdocuments.
• Attend weekly meetings and present work plans to clients
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to maximizeefficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining comprehensive site records to track theprogression of water main diversions and pipe-laying works.
• Preparing detailed shutdown plans for water mains,facilitating the connection of newly laid water mains and the capping of thosescheduled for abandonment.
