About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join T SIGNATURE PTE LTD as a Project Coordinator (Events & Exhibitions) based in the Kaki Bukit East Region. In this full‑time position, you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing various events and exhibitions for the company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assist the Senior Account Manager in handling client accounts and projects.
  • Participate in project handovers with designers to gain insights into drawings and event execution.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to gather requirements and share updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for seamless execution.
  • Manage calendars, set reminders, and arrange weekly/monthly team meetings.
  • Facilitate cross‑team meetings, including weekly sessions with Thai & Singapore teams.
  • Understand client needs to deliver tailored event solutions and maintain strong engagement.
  • Provide regular updates, troubleshoot on‑site issues, and ensure smooth project flow.
  • Handle invoices, payments, and billing promptly.
  • Gather client feedback to measure event success and build long‑term relationships.
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Events Management, or related field
  • 2‑3 years of experience in event or project coordination, preferably in the construction or project management industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of drawing software (such as AutoCAD or SketchUp) will be an advantage
