The Programmes Operations and Research Executive/Senior Executive, who is partnering the counselling team, will be responsible for executing holistic and targeted programmes/training initiatives to strengthen the counselling community and persons involved in the mental health space.
He/She reports to the Assistant Manager, Programmes with matrix reporting to the Head, Resource Mobilisation.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- End-to-end administration and operations of EMCC programmes, including course registrations, enrolments, material preparation, logistics planning, execution, and subsidy coordination with relevant government agencies.
- Planning, marketing, and execution of both physical and virtual programmes (e.g. clinician trainings, mental health webinars, workshops, talks, peer support groups, performance arts events).
- Oversee the programmes calendar to ensure all training programmes are running smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Provide enthusiastic support in answering related incoming calls, appointment bookings, and administrative support for training programmes.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team on payment tracking, invoicing, and fee collection for training programmes.
- Track and housekeep programmes-related data (e.g., feedback, enrolment, attendance) to support accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyse programmes-related data to identify key trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, using visual reports to deliver actionable insights that enhance programme impact.
- May support relevant, high-quality research (quantitative and qualitative) for programmes design, grant applications, and organisational strategic development.
- Other duties (e.g. client servicing) as assigned by the Executive Director and/or Head, Resource Mobilisation.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma holder and above.
- At least 3 years in an events or similar role. Experience in a charity is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with grit and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Adept at big picture critical thinking and creative tactical execution.
- Highly client-centric, meticulous, and proactive work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and setting up virtual meetings using the various platforms.
