Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail‑oriented Programme Administration Officer to support teaching delivery, operations, admissions and assessments across the campus.
You will coordinate course timetables, manage student records, assist with admissions enquiries and maintain accurate documentation, while working closely with faculty and administrative staff to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Support faculty and course owners in teaching delivery, including preparation of teaching materials, onsite
class support and teaching logistics.
Maintain course materials, announcements, assignments, submissions and student information.
Support assessment administration, including submission tracking, marks collation, grading records and follow up with faculty.
Coordinate course timetables, class schedules, venue arrangements and course registration matters with faculty and relevant offices.
Support the admissions process, including application tracking, document checks, applicant follow up and admissions related enquiries.
Assist with examination processing, marks submission and preparation of relevant assessment records and documentation.
Coordinate student administrative matters, including programme enquiries, course registration, timetable updates and general email queries.
Support project administration, including student allocation, supervisor coordination, milestone tracking, presentations and assessment arrangements.
Maintain accurate programme, teaching, admissions and assessment records.
Support programme briefings, student activities and other operational requirements where needed.
Degree with minimium 2 years of experience in programme administration or education administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Canvas or WordPress or other Learning Management Systems would be advantageous.
Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple timelines and administrative processes.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, students and administrative stakeholders.
