Job summary
AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of approved programmes, updating students and stakeholders and assisting lecturers with administrative setup.
The role covers student services (orientation, re-enrolment, deferments, exemptions, withdrawals), attendance monitoring, monthly reporting, and managing course materials. You will also handle student records, fees and refunds, and coordinate with the Exam Centre, with occasional event support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate smooth delivery of assigned programmes and keep students/stakeholders updated
- Support lecturers on admin matters and manage course material setup
- Handle student services: orientation, re-enrolment, deferments, exemptions, withdrawals
- Monitor attendance, issue warning/exam-barring letters, run monthly reports
- Conduct class visits, module evaluations, and student surveys
- Manage student records, course fee payments, and refunds
- Liaise with Exam Centre on exam logistics
- Support event execution as needed
