Job summary

Singapore Institute of Management invites applicants for a Programme Operations and Delivery Support role to coordinate enrolment, billing and platform maintenance to ensure smooth programme delivery. You will liaise with university partners, lecturers, students and internal teams to prepare materials, coordinate events and communications, and support student life cycle activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Diploma with 3–5 years’ experience, proficiency in MS Office, data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Programme Operations and Delivery Support: Enrolment, system setup, billing, student pass management and maintenance of platforms.
  • Stakeholder Coordination Support: Coordinate with partners, student leaders, academics and internal teams to prepare materials and communications.
  • Student, Lecturer and Assessment Support: Manage communications with prospects, students and alumni; support lecturer deployment, scheduling and assessments.
  • Planning, Scheduling and Resource Coordination: Schedule classes, allocate resources and manage operational logistics.

Job description

  • Programme Operations and Delivery Support: Execute and coordinate programme delivery activities, including enrolment processes, system set-up, billing, student pass management, and maintenance of operational systems and online teaching platforms. Ensure timely and accurate execution to support effective programme delivery and minimise operational disruptions.

  • Stakeholder Coordination Support: Coordinate with University Partners, student leaders, academics, and internal stakeholders to support programme delivery, including preparation of materials, communications, and coordination of activities to facilitate partner visits and other events.

  • Student, Lecturer and Assessment Support: Coordinate administrative activities across the student life cycle, including timely and nurturing communication with prospects, students and alumni, handling of feedback and complaints, and where applicable, coordination of intervention activities for at-risk students in collaboration with academic leads. Support lecturer deployment, scheduling, and assessment arrangements, ensuring alignment with programme and regulatory requirements.

  • Planning, Scheduling and Resource Coordination: Coordinate class schedules, resource allocation, and operational logistics to support smooth and efficient programme delivery in accordance with course requirements, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

  • Marketing, Recruitment and Programme Reporting: Support marketing and recruitment activities, including conducting briefings, coordinating events, and working with key stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Maintain programme data and prepare reports and statistics for operational tracking and programme review purposes.

  • Programme Review and Continuous Improvement Support: Support programme reviews through data preparation and follow-through on required updates, including system set-up changes. Assist in process improvement and digitisation initiatives, including participation in testing and UAT of new systems prior to final execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma / “A” Level holder with 3 - 5 years of working experience

  • Proficient in MS office applications

  • Data analytical

  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and presentation skills

  • Team player with mature personality and positive attitude

  • Resourceful, self-driven and independent

  • Meticulous, able to multi-task, work under pressure and commitment to meeting deadlines

  • Strong command of written and spoken English
